WIC Clinic Locations

Browse a list of WIC clinics in your state. If you are currently on WIC or looking to apply for WIC benefits, you will need to work with your local WIC clinic. When applying for WIC, you would need to contact them to setup an appointment so the staff at the clinic can determine if you qualify for the program.

If you already receive WIC, then you would need to continue to meet with the staff at your local WIC location to make sure the program is working for you and your family as well as receive additional checks/vouchers. To find a WIC location near you, select your state below.

I'm on WIC and plan to move. What's next?

If you are currently receiving WIC benefits in your state and are either moving to a new address or out of state, then you will need to contact your local WIC clinic and let them know. In most cases the staff at the clinic will give you a Verification of Certification Card (VOC). This allows you to prove that you are currently on WIC when you move to your new location.

Even if you are moving out of state, you would contact your new WIC location and give them your VOC and they will be required to continue your WIC benefits until it expires. If you have questions about this process, then contact the clinic, they should be able to assist you.
